Paul E. Burk, D.O., F.O.C.O.O.
Dr. Burk has been in private practice as an Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist for 25 years. He specializes in treating diseases of the sinus, allergies, ear problems, and throat. He was one of the first physicians in the St. Louis area to be trained in Balloon Sinuplasty and has since performed more than 400 of these minimally invasive procedures.

Dr. Burk is board certified in Head and Neck Surgery by the American College of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is an active member in that organization’s leadership, currently serving as vice president of the Board of Governors. In the past, he has received the Presidential Award and, has twice received the Board of Governors Award. Currently, Dr. Burk is an attending physician in the Department of Otolaryngology, as well as a teaching physician, and has been the Program Director for the Otolaryngology & Oro/Facial Plastic Surgery Resident Training Program at St. Lukes - Des Peres Hospital since 1995.

Dr. Burk received his medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Oro/Facial Plastic Surgery at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Rutgers Division, John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in 1987. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
